Dos and don'ts for a healthy life
MUST DO’s :
- Have 4 liters of waterdaily(Early morning 2 liters and rest of the day 2)
- Drink 2 glasses of juice every day.
- Eat Sprouts everyday (Best protein diet . Most preferably in the morning)
- Eat Green leafy vegetables daily (most preferably in the afternoon )
- Don’t eat white rice (Prefer Brown rice which contains B complex vitamins)
- Eat either Chapatis or Fruitsat night. (Rice has more carbs ,which may be converted into fats)
- Eat Dinner before 6 PM.
- Do not drink water half an hour before eating, and Drink water only after 2 hours of eating.
- Wash your face twice a day. Have cold water bath once a day and also prefer head bath, but without shampoo.
Helpful if done :
- Try doing fasting for a complete day once a week. (Contact me to know how to do it without feeling weak) (Heals quickly)
- Exercise at least 1 hour a day. (Keeps body fit)
- Do pranayama every day (keeps lungs and heart healthy)
- Sit and walk with straight backbone. (No spineproblems)
- Replace eggs with peanuts. (Everything same but zero cholesterol)
- Avoid salt, oil, Non veg, tamarind and masalas ( No BP, No Liver damage,No Fat, No Skin damages, No Problem in stomach)
